Why Thrive

Support that understands you

We're not your average NDIS provider, and that's exactly the point.

  • Teacher-led supports

Founded and run by Registered Teachers. We bring a development-focused, goal-oriented approach to every support plan.

    • Individual development plans, not generic tick-boxes
    • Progress reviews built into every support relationship
    • Strengths-based, positive behaviour approach
    • Transparent family collaboration, every step
  • Queer affirming

LGBTQIA+ identified staff who bring lived experience to every support relationship. A genuinely safe space, not a checkbox. We understand identity and culture, not just disability.

  • Neuro-affirming

Lived experience with neurodiversity means we speak the same language. We don't just accommodate difference. We get it from the inside out.

  • Family focused

It takes a village. Parents speak our language because we came from education. We collaborate transparently and consistently, with the young person at the centre.

How it works

Three steps to your support

  1. Fill in the referral form

Takes around two minutes. Tell us a little about yourself or the person you're referring and what support would help.

  2. We contact you within 48 hours

SMS, email, phone call, whatever you prefer. A real person from our team, not a call centre, will reach out for a relaxed conversation about your needs and how we can help.

  3. Your support plan starts

We match you with the right support worker and build a plan around your goals, your schedule, and the life you want to live.
